Title: Commercial Project Manager Reports to: Manager of Commercial Sales
Role:
A Commercial Project Manager (CPM) is tasked in maintaining relationships of S&G commercial accounts by overseeing commercial flooring projects from bid to completion while ensuring quality execution and profitability. A CPM works in a semi-independent setting and will need strong organization, time management, customer service and communication skills to meet prospect and client needs. While S&G employees enjoy a team atmosphere, each employee is responsible for their own performance and is expected to be a productive member of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As an exempt employee, a CPM is required to maintain a regular schedule that is approved by their supervisor.
CPM’s time spent is as follows: 50% Assist in developing competitive project bids 25% Develop, enhance, and maintain client relationships 10% Manage project schedules, on and off-site 10% Estimating/Takeoffs 5% Completing trainings and product knowledge.
Expectations:
Provide and maintain a valid CA driver’s license.
Receive Fleet Management driving authorization and maintain a safe driving record.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Company policy.
Perform light lifting and light to moderate physical activity, including but not limited to: loading and unloading samples, small material delivery, etc.
Work from home time must be approved by supervisor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Rollmaster and Floormaster.
Be customer centric and solution-oriented.
Demonstrate strong communication, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Remain confident and professional under pressure.

Proficient knowledge of commercial process including, flooring products and installation.

High level of organization skills, time management skills, and ability to work efficiently in both an independent and team setting.
Compensation Package:
Salary $65K-$85K (DOE)
